NEW! Aetna's 2017 Cultivating Healthy Communities Grant Program seeks approaches to increase the opportunities to make healthy choices in these places, empowering whole communities to lead healthier lives.

Awards appear to be around $50,000. See the list of 2016 funded projects here https://news.aetna.com/news-releases/the-aetna-foundation-awards-more-than-2-million-in-grants-across-usa-to-cultivate-healthy-living/
This will be the only RFP for 2017. Due: April 14, 2017 at 3 PM ET.
