The Office of Research Administration (ORA) Contract and Professional Service/Agreement Team assists faculty and staff with a variety of agreements related to externally sponsored activities. Agreements are reviewed, negotiated and finalized with federal and state agencies, companies, and other types of organizations to ensure they follow all regulatory, policy and compliance issues that are applicable to each agreement.
