Proteomics

The Proteomics Core provides consultation for experiment design in proteomic studies, state-of-the-art mass spectrometers, and advanced bioinformatic tools to the entire OUHSC research community and external researchers. Our proteomic solutions can be used to study a wide range of biomedical questions from untargeted biomarker discovery, signaling pathway analysis, interactome analysis and drug target analysis to targeted quantitation of proteins.

Services Offered

  • Untargeted proteomics (DDA/DIA, label-free/TMT-labelled)
  • Protein analysis for gel spots and immuno-precipitation (IP) samples
  • Targeted proteomics
  • Post-translational modification (PTM) analysis by electron transfer dissociation (ETD)
  • Bioinformatic analysis
