At OUSHC, industry sponsored or supported clinical trial related agreements, including confidentiality agreements (CDAs or NDAs), Clinical Trials Master Agreements, investigator-initiated clinical trial agreements, Research Agreements and related amendments. The Industry team is responsible for review, negotiation, and execution of all legal agreements and contracts related to Industry Research.
