The Office of Research Administration is dedicated to helping you with all the logistics for your project goals. If you have any questions about appropriate forms or policies regarding research at OU Health Sciences Center, please contact the appropriate SPA for your area and expertise.
All routed submissions to ORA must include the appropriate routing form page(s) dependent on your submission type. As of 8/24/2012, a general cover page is no longer required. All required information has been merged into the project-specific routing form.
Please note that the Principal Investigator’s initials are now required after each Conflict of Interest section on page 3.
If there is a need to gather the Financial Conflict of Interest information, your SPA will work with you separately to do so.
