Reminder: Research Integrity Training Requirement

All individuals at OUHSC who conduct or oversee research, who are eligible to conduct or oversee research - including managing research accounts (administrative and/or financial aspects of research accounts), must complete Research Integrity Training. Learn more at: or

Key Points:

  • PI’s are responsible for ensuring all members of their research team have completed Research Integrity Training
  • The required course is valid for four years from the date of completion; after four years, OUHSC affiliates will receive a notice directly from the CITI Program about course expiration and are required to take the refresher course.
  • Business Managers should assign Research Integrity Training via ePAF to everyone in their unit whose duties fit the requirements to ensure the department’s compliance is recorded in PeopleSoft
  • Anyone with an OUHSC email address can register with CITI Program, affiliate with the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and then add the required course: “Responsible Conduct of Research”; step-by-step instructions are attached
