The Core hosts two cutting-edge mass spectrometry cores available to the entire OUHSC research community and the surrounding Oklahoma City area. The Proteomics and Metabolomics Cores provides powerful mass spectrometry tools to study a wide range of biomedical questions from biomarker discovery, signaling pathway analysis, interactome analysis and drug target analysis to targeted quantitation of proteins and metabolites.
