Find Your Sponsored Program Administrator
Throughout the life of your proposal and award, Sponsored Programs Administrators (SPAs) will provide oversight and administrative support to investigators and departmental administrators. For items that have been routed in SoonerTrack, please check the "Assigned to SPA" field on the individual request form to determine who manages that form.
For general questions or to contact someone prior to a SoonerTrack request form being submitted, please email our general inbox at HSCORA@ouhsc.edu. Include your department name and the type of request (e.g. Grant, Subaward, Industry Clinical Trial, Professional Service, etc.) and our administrators will direct you to the correct contact on the Agreements or Grants team.
