OnCore

The Online Collaborative Research Environment (OnCore) is a comprehensive web-based clinical trial management system (CTMS). OnCore offers investigators and research coordinators a centralized application to manage the complete life cycle of a study, from start-up and pre-award activities to closure. Key features of OnCore include protocol management, subject management, financial management, biospecimen management, patient registries, safety monitoring, and reporting. REDCap

The Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) system and REDCap Survey are powerful software programs created by Vanderbilt University and supported by the REDCap Consortium to facilitate Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved clinical and basic research. REDCap is a secure and web-based. It allows researchers to rapidly develop databases and online surveys. REDCap facilitates multi-site access. Data collected in the course of the research are managed by the program, and can be analyzed by commonly used statistical packages, including SAS, Stata, SPSS, and R.

Clinical Research Data Warehouse

The Clinical Research Data Warehouse (CDRW) is a partnership between the OU College of Medicine, Oklahoma Shared Clinical and Translational Resources (OSCTR), OU Health, and the Oklahoma Health Care Authority. The CDRW connects electronic medical records (EMRs) to research and quality improvement/quality assurance (QI/QA) communities. The CDRW supports OUHSC's ability to compete for grants, recruit participants, conduct retrospective review and analysis, and submit to registries. The CDRW also helps improve care for patients by supporting the facilitation of meaningful local surveillance programs.
