The Aria Fusion is equipped with 5 lasers, UV (15mW @355nm), Violet (50mW @405nm), Blue (50mW @488nm), Red (100mW @633nm), and Green (50mW @561nm). It is capable of measuring up to 18 fluorescescent parameters plus the forward and side scatter signals.  The instrument also has four nozzle sizes (70um, 85um, 100um, 130um) and is capable of several sort collection options: 1.5 ml eppendorphs, 5 ml, and 15 ml tubes, plus index sorting into 96 or 384-well plates.  

This system supports a variety of different collection tube formats (with temperature control water bath) which include:  

• Two-way sorting: 12 x 75-mm tubes or 15-mL tubes
• Four-way sorting: 1.5-mL eppendorph tubes or 12 x 75-mm tubes
